Right of association

Right of association

The right of association is the power we hold to work with other people in a peaceful, stable and organised manner to achieve particular goals, respecting the legal framework and the rights of people outside the association.

This essential right has limits whose purpose is to cover issues such as public health, security, order or, to mention some of the evident ones, the rights of third persons or the intention to stir up racial hatred or practise any form of discrimination. Above and beyond those necessary restrictions, however, the right of association is one of the pillars of a free democratic society and Col·lectiu Ronda can advise you if you consider it to have been breached by the administration or through of the action of any other agent.
