Housing and Environment

Housing is an essential right and, of course, a primary need. Whether buying or renting, the immense majority of us are involved at some time or another in the process of acquiring a dwelling, with all that entails, including signing contracts or mortgages or the series of administrative formalities which –also if we have an apartment we want to rent– have to be properly completed.

It is also possible to suffer the consequences of being unable to meet our payments or the emergence of problems of all kinds related to building which may also require professional advice.

Last but not least, we have to bear in mind that our dwelling is located in a particular environment and we have the right for it to be healthy and properly preserved in its integrity within the landscape, protected from the abusive and threatening presence of toxics and territorial aggressions that may change it substantially for the worse.
