Family

Family Law is the set of rules and laws that govern personal, economic and property relations between the members of a family and with regard to third parties, with special emphasis on two particularly important legal institutions: marriage and dependence.

However, to go beyond that definition we might say that family law is a branch engaged in something as important and delicate as personal life in the family circle, probably the most important of all the spheres of socialisation we take part in over the course of our lives. A changing environment and in no way exempt from the possibility of conflict; if anything, quite the opposite. Problematic situations which require legal knowledge but also a sensitive and comprehensive approach to find the fairest and most suitable solution for all the parties involved and, especially, the most vulnerable ones.
